Il suit \u00e9galement Adam Ondra et l&rsquo;a guid\u00e9 vers son incroyable doubl\u00e9 champion du Monde de bloc\/champion du Monde de difficult\u00e9 en 2014 (voir ce <a href=\"http:\/\/www.escalade.pro\/news\/video-interview-adam-ondra\/\">post du 17 sept 2014<\/a>). Le fran\u00e7ais R\u00e9my Bergasse est \u00e9galement pass\u00e9 \u00e0 la \u00ab\u00a0moulinette Patxi\u00a0\u00bb cet hiver (voir ce <a href=\"http:\/\/remybergasse.over-blog.com\/2015\/05\/electoman-8c-enfin-libere.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">post<\/a>) et a atteint son objectif aux derniers championnats de France de difficult\u00e9: se qualifier pour les finales et \u00eatre s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 en Equipe de France.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Deux choses m&rsquo;interpellent dans cette s\u00e9rie de vid\u00e9os de David Lopez:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; S&rsquo;entra\u00eener beaucoup, \u00e0 outrance m\u00eame, cela peut \u00eatre b\u00e9n\u00e9fique mais le corps doit \u00eatre pr\u00eat, le moment de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e choisi intelligemment et l&rsquo;intensit\u00e9 tr\u00e8s bien adapt\u00e9e. A une \u00e9poque o\u00f9 on pousse par mode (?) la pratique du sport vers l&rsquo;ULTRA (j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 parl\u00e9 de ce <a href=\"http:\/\/www.escalade.pro\/news\/pointe_ronde_trient\/\">sujet<\/a>), il me semble que le volume d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement pour un sport traumatisant et intense comme l&rsquo;escalade ne peut en aucun cas \u00eatre compar\u00e9 \u00e0 celui qu&rsquo;un sportif de niveau moyen peut supporter lors de la pratique d&rsquo;un sport d&rsquo;endurance comme le v\u00e9lo ou le trail-running.<br \/>\nLes grimpeurs s&rsquo;entra\u00eenent pour la plupart d&rsquo;entre eux de mani\u00e8re d\u00e9sorganis\u00e9e sans planification (on le voit bien quand on travaille en salle&#8230;), gare aux blessures et sur-entra\u00eenement pour ceux qui s&rsquo;infligeront une \u00ab\u00a0moulinette Patxi\u00a0\u00bb sans savoir o\u00f9 ils vont!<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Ce qui me rassure par contre, c&rsquo;est que la derni\u00e8re vid\u00e9o finit sur le rocher, avec de belles images tourn\u00e9es \u00e0 Siurana. Il \u00e9tait temps car apr\u00e8s leurs 300 s\u00e9ances de pan Gullich, Edu et Dani grimpent vraiment comme des patates en broyant les prises \u00e0 2 \u00e0 l&rsquo;heure (si je peux me permettre&#8230;).<br \/>\nPourquoi s&rsquo;entra\u00eene t-on?
