Evidemment \u00eatre efficace dans cette fili\u00e8re \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique permet de r\u00e9aliser de meilleures performances \u00e0 vue, d\u2019\u00eatre plus \u00e0 l\u2019aise dans les voies longues (que ce soit \u00e0 vue ou non), de faire plus de longueurs dans la m\u00eame s\u00e9ance ou encore  de mettre plus d\u2019essais dans votre projet lors de cette m\u00eame s\u00e9ance.<br \/>\nMais avoir un bon niveau de continuit\u00e9 est aussi et surtout le moyen de mieux encaisser les s\u00e9ances de force ou de r\u00e9sistance que l\u2019on s\u2019inflige lorsque les \u00e9ch\u00e9ances approchent, de mieux r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer et d\u2019\u00e9viter les blessures. On bouffe des longueurs (ou des circuits) d\u2019une cotation largement inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 son niveau max. Cela peut rapidement devenir lassant et r\u00e9p\u00e9titif, surtout sur un pan ou dans une salle o\u00f9 les voies ne sont pas fr\u00e9quemment renouvel\u00e9es, et si comme moi le bloc encord\u00e9 vous fait plus r\u00eaver que de grimper comme un vieux phasme d\u00e9pressif pendant 3 plombes.<\/p>\n<p>J\u2019ai test\u00e9 (et je ne dois pas \u00eatre le premier) derni\u00e8rement un exercice qui permet de sortir de cette routine et me semble efficace.<br \/>\n&#8211;\tTracez-vous une boucle facile de 25\/30 mouvements qui se fait sans probl\u00e8me en aller-retour.<br \/>\n&#8211;\tFaites l\u2019aller en tenant le blocage de 2 \u00e0 5 secondes juste avant d\u2019attraper la prise suivante (\u00e0 vous d\u2019adapter la dur\u00e9e du blocage).<br \/>\n&#8211;\tGrimper le retour \u00e0 rythme normal sans vous arr\u00eatez, puis repartez pour un aller en statique et un retour normal.<br \/>\n&#8211;\tVous devez \u00eatre capable de r\u00e9aliser cet exercice 5 fois avec 10 minutes de repos entre chaque \u00ab longueur \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Evidemment cela doit fonctionner aussi en moulinette dans une voie, et plein de variantes sont possibles. Par exemple j\u2019aime bien m\u2019imposer les blocages avec le bassin de face et un seul pied sur les prises, \u00e7a chauffe les biceps et les abdos.<\/p>\n<p>Cet exercice permet d\u2019alterner les phases de mont\u00e9es de lactique et du rythme cardiaque avec les phases de grimpe facile o\u00f9 l\u2019on peut souffler, r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer ses avant bras et faire baisser le rythme cardiaque. Cela me semble assez proche de l\u2019effort \u00e0 produire et g\u00e9rer dans une voie de conti.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Surtout n&rsquo;abusez pas de cet exercice, votre rythme de grimpe risque d&rsquo;en \u00eatre franchement perturb\u00e9.
