Puis \u00e0 te poser la question suivante :<br \/>\n<strong>Est-ce une r\u00e9ussite ou un \u00e9chec d\u2019atteindre la finale des jeux olympiques \u00e0 domicile ?<\/strong> L\u2019\u00e9preuve \u00e9tant de plus un classement combin\u00e9 \u00e0 la valeur sportive discutable. En tenant compte du fait que qu&rsquo;elle n&rsquo;est pas une sp\u00e9cialiste de la grimpe en voie.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/IVo5R2yaxB0?si=MmMeJOtWGW5xr6wT\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><strong>Cette notion de d\u2019\u00e9chec\/r\u00e9ussite est si pr\u00e9gnante dans notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9, et si n\u00e9faste \u00e0 mon sens.<\/strong> Je m\u2019attaque \u00e0 elle d\u00e8s les premi\u00e8res minutes de ma <a href=\"https:\/\/www.escalade.pro\/news\/formation-preparation-mentale-escalade\/\">formation \u00ab Entra\u00eenement mental, confiance et peur de la chute \u00bb<\/a>. Si d\u00e9j\u00e0 on peut <strong>s\u2019en d\u00e9tacher quand on grimpe, c\u2019est d\u00e9j\u00e0 un pas dans la bonne direction. Car c\u2019est un frein au plaisir de pratiquer, et \u00e0 la progression.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Dans nos habitudes de grimpeurs, \u201cenchainer = r\u00e9ussite\u201d et \u201ctomber ou se faire bloquer = \u00e9chec\u201d. Cette notion d\u2019\u00e9chec\/r\u00e9ussite me d\u00e9range. Elle juge le r\u00e9sultat, et ne prend pas en compte la performance en elle-m\u00eame.<\/strong><br \/>\nCela fait 2 s\u00e9ances que tu attrapes cette d\u00e9gaine dans la dalle sous le relais, en arrivant devant elle. Mais cette fois tu as respir\u00e9 pour te calmer, tu as clipp\u00e9, puis tu as tout de m\u00eame saisi cette foutue d\u00e9gaine. Echec ou r\u00e9ussite ?<br \/>\nCela fait deux s\u00e9ances que tu essayes ce bloc, sans r\u00e9ussir le deuxi\u00e8me mouvement. Pour cette troisi\u00e8me s\u00e9ance, tu as presque tenu la r\u00e9glette main droite. Echec ou r\u00e9ussite ?<br \/>\nAujourd\u2019hui tu es vraiment crev\u00e9, et tu as peur. Tu fais quelques longueurs tr\u00e8s faciles, puis tu restes tranquille avec les copains. Echec ou r\u00e9ussite ?<\/p>\n<p>Pour la plupart d\u2019entre nous, afin de garder la motivation, de construire la confiance dans sa grimpe sur le long terme, il faut voir sa <strong>pratique sous un angle bienveillant et positif. Ce qui n\u2019est pas un rejet de l\u2019exigence, bien au contraire. Il ne s\u2019agit pas de se satisfaire de ses performances du moment, mais de se contenter des petits \u201cplus\u201d pour les perp\u00e9tuer afin de mieux grimper et de d\u00e9velopper sa confiance.<\/strong><br \/>\nCertaines personnes que j&rsquo;entra\u00eene n\u2019ont pas besoin de cela. Elles peuvent garder une grande d\u00e9termination et une grande exigence en se concentrant surtout sur l\u2019enchainement du bloc ou de la voie comme principal crit\u00e8re de r\u00e9ussite. Et durer dans ce processus.<br \/>\nSi cela ne fonctionne pas pour vous, que cela ouvre la voie \u00e0 la peur de l\u2019\u00e9chec, au d\u00e9couragement, le mieux peut \u00eatre de <strong>se d\u00e9tacher de cette notion brute d\u2019enchainement, de la dissocier le plus possible de la r\u00e9ussite<\/strong>. En fonction de ses capacit\u00e9s physiques et mental du jour, sans d\u00e9gradation technique.<\/strong> Que cela aboutisse \u00e0 une chute, ou que cela se termine par un r\u00e9ta au sommet du bloc ou un clippage de cha\u00eene. L\u2019encha\u00eenement est secondaire.
