Pour pr\u00e9parer son corps \u00e0 \u00eatre efficace lorsque qu\u2019il va produire un effort. Tout en limitant un maximum le risque de blessure.<\/strong> M\u00eame si certains ne s\u2019\u00e9chauffent pas, ou tr\u00e8s peu, et ne se blessent jamais ( des chanceux de la g\u00e9n\u00e9tique ! ).<\/p>\n<p>Je ne vais pas me lancer ici dans un descriptif des fonctions physiologiques d\u2019un \u00e9chauffement en escalade. Je ne vais pas non plus vous d\u00e9crire pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment un \u00e9chauffement tel que je le vois. Vous avez ou auriez d\u00fb apprendre cela au coll\u00e8gue ou au lyc\u00e9e, dans sa version g\u00e9n\u00e9raliste. De plus, je consid\u00e8re que l&rsquo;entra\u00eenement est une affaire personnelle, un rituel \u00e0 s&rsquo;approprier.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e9anmoins, je partage ces <strong>2 vid\u00e9os de Seb Bouin faites avec Altissimo qui sont tr\u00e8s coh\u00e9rentes. Et je ne peux que vous recommander de vous \u00e9chauffer articulairement au sol, pour ensuite passer par la poutre pour d\u00e9buter un \u00e9chauffement sp\u00e9cifique en douceur, pour passer \u00e0 de la grimpe facile, etc.<\/strong> Si avant \u00e7a, vous avez fait monter votre coeur, c\u2019est encore mieux. Mais soyons r\u00e9alistes&#8230;<\/p>\n<table style=\"border-collapse: collapse; width: 100%;\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"width: 50%;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/XbJSGHztOrA?si=bw869ZPbhAcIBZJO\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/td>\n<td style=\"width: 50%;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/CBhBrQyGRFg?si=MHx5yq_J5wVb1F8Z\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>Si on s\u2019arr\u00eate \u00e0 ces deux fonctions de l\u2019\u00e9chauffement, pr\u00e9parer le corps \u00e0 forcer en limitant le risque de blessure, on manque selon moins <strong>deux autres aspects essentiels de la mise en route d\u2019une s\u00e9ance de grimpe ou d\u2019entra\u00eenement.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Ce sont : <\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>&#8211; \u00c9valuer sa forme physique du jour. <\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>&#8211; D\u00e9terminer son \u00e9tat mental du jour.<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h6><u>Le niveau de forme physique<\/u><\/h6>\n<p>Je vous en avais d\u00e9j\u00e0 parl\u00e9 dans cet <a href=\"\u201d\">article<\/a>. <strong>Selon moi, il faut, quand cela est n\u00e9cessaire, adapter la s\u00e9ance pr\u00e9vue \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat de forme du jour. Et \u00e0 tout prix \u00e9viter les s\u00e9ances intenses si on n\u2019est pas dans un \u00e9tat de forme normal.<\/strong> Tous mes coll\u00e8gues ne seront pas d\u2019accord avec cela, mais cela me parait fondamental pour <strong>limiter le risque de blessure et l&rsquo;accumulation de fatigue<\/strong> (qui la plupart du temps ne rend pas plus fort \u00e0 moyen et long terme).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cette \u00e9valuation se fait en d\u00e9but, en cours, et en fin d\u2019\u00e9chauffement. Avec des rep\u00e8res internes et externes.<\/strong> Sans \u00e9chappatoire : <strong>en forme, oui ou NON ?<\/strong><br \/>\nDes douleurs ? Une fatigue rapide ou de l\u2019aisance dans telle voie facile ? De l&rsquo;aisance \u00e0 mettre de la puissance dans ce jet\u00e9 simple ou sur une s\u00e9rie de quelques tractions ? Etc.<\/p>\n<h6><u>l\u2019\u00e9tat mental<\/u><\/h6>\n<p><strong>Le mental est \u00e9troitement li\u00e9 au physique, et inversement<\/strong>. N\u00e9anmoins on peut parfois se tromper dans l\u2019interpr\u00e9tation des signaux. J&rsquo;ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 abord\u00e9 ce th\u00e8me dans <a href=\"\u201d\">cet article<\/a>. Et cela vaut grandement la peine de faire un check up mental en mettant les chaussons d\u2019escalade.<\/p>\n<p>Comment \u201cje me ressens\u201d aujourd\u2019hui ?<strong> La question fondamentale \u00e9tant : \u201cAi-je envie de grimper, de m\u2019entra\u00eener maintenant ?\u201d<\/strong>. C\u2019est une des questions que je pose aux jeunes que j\u2019entraine, en d\u00e9but de s\u00e9ance. L\u00e0 aussi, comme pour le physique, la r\u00e9ponse demand\u00e9e est entre 0 et 3, sans interm\u00e9diaires.<br \/>\nCertes c\u2019est une question simple et synth\u00e9tique. Et si <strong>le mental n\u2019a pas de support physique concret, cela n\u2019est pour autant un concept \u00e9lusif et mystique. Il s\u2019\u00e9value.<\/strong> <br \/>\nPar le biais de la coh\u00e9rence cardiaque, par exemple, <strong>il est tr\u00e8s utile de comprendre son \u00e9tat mental du d\u00e9but de s\u00e9ance. Suis-je apathique, impatient, serein, stress\u00e9, joyeux, \u201cpollu\u00e9 \u201cpar des pens\u00e9es n\u00e9gatives, etc? Mon \u00e9tat mental est-il adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 la s\u00e9ance que j\u2019ai pr\u00e9vue ? Cette deuxi\u00e8me question fondamentale d\u00e9cidera de la r\u00e9ussite, ou pas de cette s\u00e9ance d\u2019escalade.<\/strong> C\u2019est votre loisir, et aussi votre passion, alors autant tout faire pour que les choses se passent au mieux, non ?<br \/>\nSi par exemple tu as pr\u00e9vu des s\u00e9ries de bloc en dalle pour travailler ta technique alors que tu es stress\u00e9 ou \u00e9nerv\u00e9, il va falloir prendre le temps de se calmer. Sinon cela sera compliqu\u00e9 de g\u00e9rer les \u00e9quilibre et d&rsquo;accepter les chutes.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Si tu n\u2019es pas assez en forme, mentalement et\/ou physiquement, sans t\u2019en rendre compte ou l\u2019accepter, la s\u00e9ance peut mal se passer car elle ne sera pas adapt\u00e9e. Ne pas \u00eatre plaisante. De la frustration risque d\u2019en d\u00e9couler.<\/strong><br \/>\nAu-del\u00e0 de la <strong>blessure ou de la fatigue, cela peut rapidement alt\u00e9rer ta motivation, la combativit\u00e9, la gestion des \u00e9motions. Ce qui alt\u00e8re les capacit\u00e9s d\u2019apprentissage, la performance du jour, et donc la progression.<\/strong> Particuli\u00e8rement si cette situation est fr\u00e9quente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Que faire si en cours d\u2019\u00e9chauffement, on d\u00e9termine que l\u2019on n\u2019est pas disponible pour forcer autant que pr\u00e9vu ?<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>La premi\u00e8re chose \u00e0 faire est d\u2019allonger l\u2019\u00e9chauffement, de prendre plus le temps.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Peaufiner son \u00e9chauffement<\/strong>. <strong>Plus de temps pour l\u2019\u00e9chauffement musculaire<\/strong> afin de voir si le corps se \u201cr\u00e9veille\u201d si on parle de physique. <br \/>\n<strong>Plus de temps pour la \u201ct\u00eate\u201d, si on parle de mental, afin de changer d\u2019\u00e9tat d\u2019esprit par de la coh\u00e9rence cardiaque, de la visualisation ou une bonne rigolade avec les copains. Ou tout simplement en continuant \u00e0 grimper dans des voies ou blocs pas trop difficiles, pour mettre en place sa concentration via la respiration, des points d\u2019attentions qui vous aident, et m\u00eame quelques petites chutes<\/strong> (si c\u2019est l\u00e0 que \u00e7a bloque).<br \/>\n<strong>Un \u00e9chauffement laborieux aboutit souvent \u00e0 une bonne s\u00e9ance<\/strong>, si on sait temporiser.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Et si cela ne veut vraiment pas, il faut accepter de modifier la s\u00e9ance. Voir de l\u2019annuler. Une s\u00e9ance intense en moins vaut toujours plus qu\u2019une s\u00e9ance de trop.<\/strong> Le gars qui vous \u00e9crit \u00e7a s\u2019est tir\u00e9 une poulie sur la Moonboard en janvier.
