Surtout que, comme \u00e0 chaque fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e scolaire, j\u2019ai plein de nouvelles id\u00e9es d\u2019exercices \u00e0 organiser dans ma \u201cbiblioth\u00e8que\u201d. Cela repr\u00e9sente une gros tri et rangement \u00e0 effectuer. <strong>Alors, ai-je vraiment besoin de nouveaux exercices dans l&rsquo;imm\u00e9diat?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Puis, <strong>j\u2019ai \u00e9cout\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9pisode du <a href=\"https:\/\/podcast.ausha.co\/allez\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">podcast ALLEZ!<\/a> avec Herv\u00e9 Di Domenico (co-auteur du livre avec Kevin Arc). Cette \u00e9coute m\u2019a de suite donn\u00e9 envie de commander le livre, car j\u2019ai beaucoup appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 sa vision de l\u2019entra\u00eenement ax\u00e9e sur la pr\u00e9cision, le plaisir et le partage.<br \/>\nJ\u2019ai par ailleurs pu \u00e9changer longuement au t\u00e9l\u00e9phone avec Kevin quelques ann\u00e9es auparavant. C\u2019\u00e9tait tr\u00e8s cool. Alors voil\u00e0, j\u2019ai command\u00e9 et lu ce livre.<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h6><u>Ce que j\u2019ai aim\u00e9 dans le livre<\/u><\/h6>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.escalade.pro\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/exos.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-22874 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.escalade.pro\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/exos-300x223.jpg\" alt=\"entrainement escalade climbing training\" width=\"300\" height=\"223\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.escalade.pro\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/exos-300x223.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.escalade.pro\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/exos-768x570.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.escalade.pro\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/exos-400x297.jpg 400w, https:\/\/www.escalade.pro\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/exos.jpg 800w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>D\u00e8s le d\u00e9but du livre, les auteurs pr\u00e9sentent de mani\u00e8re claire leur <strong>vision moderne de l\u2019entrainement<\/strong> dans la rubrique \u201cConseils g\u00e9n\u00e9raux pour un entrainement sp\u00e9cifique en escalade\u201d. Vari\u00e9t\u00e9, progressivit\u00e9, facteur limitant et musculation sp\u00e9cifique, fatigue vs entrainement, etc. <strong>M\u00eame si tous ces th\u00e8mes sont (trop) bri\u00e8vement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s, on en apprend en 9 pages beaucoup plus que dans la totalit\u00e9 des livres que je connaisse sur l\u2019entrainement en escalade<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le livre est tr\u00e8s bien structur\u00e9<\/strong> avec 4 parties principales qui sont :<br \/>\n&#8211; Le gainage et les abdominaux. <br \/>\n&#8211; Les exercices sur mur d\u2019escalade. <br \/>\n&#8211; Les exercices sur pan G\u00fcllich. <br \/>\n&#8211; Les exercices sur poutres ou prises. <br \/>\n&#8211; Les exercices avec agr\u00e8s de musculation. <br \/>\n<strong>Cette structure, li\u00e9e aux in\u00e9vitables contraintes des outils disponibles, est articul\u00e9e autour de 3 points cl\u00e9s (que je vous laisserai d\u00e9couvrir). En plus d\u2019affirmer l\u2019exp\u00e9rience du terrain et l\u2019intelligence des auteurs, elle apporte de fait beaucoup de vari\u00e9t\u00e9 et une facilit\u00e9 de prise en main du livre<\/strong>. De toute \u00e9vidence, ils savent de quoi ils parlent, et veulent partager leurs connaissances.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les descriptifs des nombreux exercices sont au top (textes et images). Les conseils concrets pour chaque exercice sont tr\u00e8s importants et apportent une vraie plus-value. Encore plus que les variantes et variables propos\u00e9s (\u00e9galement pour chaque exercice). L\u00e0 encore l\u2019exp\u00e9rience de terrain des auteurs est ind\u00e9niable.<\/strong> Ils ont fait et fait r\u00e9aliser les exercices de nombreuses fois. <strong>La mention du degr\u00e9 de sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9 de chaque exercice est une notion tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressante<\/strong> car elle vous aidera \u00e0 placer efficacement l\u2019exercice dans l\u2019organisation de votre entrainement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les interventions d\u2019entraineurs et autres acteurs de l\u2019entra\u00eenement en escalade sont particuli\u00e8rement riches et int\u00e9ressantes. Elles apportent toutes des points de vue vraiment diff\u00e9rents, pertinents<\/strong> et contextualisent ce r\u00e9pertoire d\u2019exercices qu\u2019est principalement ce livre.<\/p>\n<h6><u>Ce que j\u2019ai moins aim\u00e9<\/u><\/h6>\n<p>C\u2019est le moment de montrer que j\u2019ai un esprit critique, surtout que j\u2019ai pay\u00e9 le livre. M\u00eame si <strong>je n\u2019ai pas beaucoup de choses n\u00e9gatives \u00e0 dire<\/strong>.<br \/> <strong>Je dirais que ce qui m\u2019a vraiment d\u00e9\u00e7u, ce sont les interviews de comp\u00e9titeurs. La quasi-totalit\u00e9 de celles-ci sont tr\u00e8s g\u00e9n\u00e9ralistes et insipides. On parle d\u2019entra\u00eenement de mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s superficielle, comme on le voit partout sur le web.<\/strong> Le lien n\u2019est pas fait avec le c\u0153ur de ce livre, qui est principalement, je le rappelle, un r\u00e9pertoire d\u2019exercices. Et d\u2019ailleurs, <strong>pourquoi n\u2019avoir interview\u00e9 que des comp\u00e9titeurs, et pas des grimpeurs de haut niveau ne faisant pas de comp\u00e9titions ?<\/strong> Cela aurait apport\u00e9 de la richesse au livre, pour le m\u00eame nombre de pages.<\/p>\n<p>Selon moi <strong>certains exercices sont vraiment tr\u00e8s difficiles et devraient seulement \u00eatre mentionn\u00e9s comme des variantes<\/strong> (je pense par exemple \u00e0 la traction \u00e0 un bras \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9querre). <strong>D\u2019autres peuvent \u00eatre tr\u00e8s traumatisants. M\u00eame si le lecteur est pr\u00e9venu, je me demande si certains de ces exercices ont leur place dans un livre accessible \u00e0 tous. Les pr\u00e9requis pourraient \u00eatre plus clairs et pr\u00e9cis. <\/strong>Je pense tr\u00e8s fort \u00e0 l\u2019exercice des finger pull-ups.<\/p>\n<p>Je suis un petit peu chagrin\u00e9 par <strong>la rubrique \u00ab\u00a0force maximale et explosivit\u00e9 des biceps\u00a0\u00bb. On aborde des notions tr\u00e8s techniques de la pr\u00e9paration physique. Certes, le th\u00e8me tr\u00e8s bien expliqu\u00e9, mais peut \u00eatre que plus d&rsquo;exemples de s\u00e9ances auraient permis de mieux accompagner les nouveaux adeptes du travail lest\u00e9.<\/strong> Surtout qu&rsquo;il reste un peu de place sur la page.<\/p>\n<p>Pour en terminer avec les reproches, <strong>j\u2019aurai aim\u00e9 avoir une rubrique d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019agencement des exercices dans une s\u00e9ance. M\u00eame s\u2019il est clair que cet ouvrage s\u2019affiche clairement, je le rappelle encore, comme un r\u00e9pertoire d\u2019exercices et ne trompe pas sur la marchandise.<\/strong> C\u2019est juste que j\u2019en voudrais encore plus!<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Voici donc un livre de grande qualit\u00e9 qui restera probablement une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour des ann\u00e9es. Si vous \u00eates un grimpeur dans le 7 (ou plus), un entra\u00eeneur, un passionn\u00e9 de l&rsquo;entrainement, je ne peux que vous conseiller de l&rsquo;acheter.<br \/> Ses contenus de qualit\u00e9 tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cis laissent de la place pour un autre ouvrage destin\u00e9 aux grimpeurs de niveau moyen (avec plus d\u2019exercices sp\u00e9cifiques, c\u2019est \u00e0 dire avec les chaussons aux pieds). Un livre sur la programmation\/planification de l\u2019entrainement serait \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s bienvenu.<\/strong> Mais (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement&#8230;) on ne fait pas un livre pour gagner de l\u2019argent vu le temps n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9criture. J\u2019en sais quelque chose avec \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.escalade.pro\/news\/le-mental-du-grimpeur-preparation-mentale-escalade\/\">Le Mental du grimpeu<\/a>r\u201d. On le fait pour aider et partager sa passion. Alors patience, avec le temps, la biblioth\u00e8que de livres de qualit\u00e9 sur l\u2019entrainement en escalade s\u2019agrandira probablement vu le d\u00e9veloppement de notre sport.
