Ils ont une recherche plus assum\u00e9e que nous du fric \u00e0 tout prix. Nous \u00e9tions \u00e9pargn\u00e9s jusque-l\u00e0. J&rsquo;esp\u00e8re vraiment que nous le resterons. Mais <strong>la publicit\u00e9 pr\u00e9sente sur le compte Instagram d&rsquo;un grimpeur fran\u00e7ais de comp\u00e9tition m&rsquo;a fait mal aux yeux et aux oreilles. Peut \u00eatre au coeur aussi (unfollow?) &#8230;<br \/>Sans faire un cours de nutrition ni de physiologie (ce dont je serais bien incapable), faisons un point sur l&rsquo;utilit\u00e9 des diff\u00e9rents compl\u00e9ments alimentaires propos\u00e9s dans cette publication Instagram<\/strong> (que je ne partage pas dans cet article).<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h6><u>Les prot\u00e9ines<\/u><\/h6>\n<p>\nCommen\u00e7ons par les prot\u00e9ines, car il me semble que ce sont les produits phare de l&rsquo;arsenal des compl\u00e9ments alimentaires. Cet article tr\u00e8s r\u00e9cent de la bible <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sci-sport.com\/index.php\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">sci-sport.com<\/a> reprend une \u00e9tude dont la conclusion est sans appel: <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sci-sport.com\/articles\/Musculation-Supplementation-proteines-quel-impact-217.php\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">\u00ab\u00a0Si l\u2019apport en prot\u00e9ines provenant des poissons, viandes, \u0153ufs, f\u00e9culents, et autres sources est suffisant, il sera inutile d\u2019avoir recours \u00e0 des suppl\u00e9ments.\u00a0\u00bb<\/a><br \/> Une alimentation \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e est suffisante pour l&rsquo;immense majorit\u00e9 des pratiquants. L&rsquo;achat de prot\u00e9ines est inutile.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h6><u>Le collag\u00e8ne<\/u><\/h6>\n<p>L&rsquo;excellent <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hoopersbeta.com\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Hooper&rsquo;s Beta<\/a> (encore!) nous propose dans cette <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=gp7jDQcogYU\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">vid\u00e9o<\/a> une analyse tr\u00e8s professionnelle et pointue sur le th\u00e8me de l&rsquo;apport en collag\u00e8ne. La conclusion est qu&rsquo;<strong>on ne sait pas actuellement si l&rsquo;apport suppl\u00e9mentaire de collag\u00e8ne est b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour vos ligaments et tendons.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/gp7jDQcogYU\" title=\"YouTube video player\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h6><u>La vitamine D et ses variantes<\/u><\/h6>\n<p>Si je cite l&rsquo;Agence nationale de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sanitaire de l\u2019alimentation, de l\u2019environnement et du travail (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.anses.fr\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">anses.fr<\/a> ), <strong>outre les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es, certaines populations sont plus sensibles que d&rsquo;autres \u00e0 une carence en vitamine D: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.anses.fr\/fr\/content\/vitamine-d-pourquoi-et-comment-assurer-un-apport-suffisant\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">\u00ab\u00a0les nouveau-n\u00e9s, les nourrissons, les femmes enceintes, les femmes m\u00e9nopaus\u00e9es, dont le bouleversement hormonal entra\u00eene une d\u00e9min\u00e9ralisation osseuse accroissant ainsi les risques de fracture et les personnes \u00e0 peau mate ou fonc\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb<\/a>.<br \/> Dans la liste des aliments riches en vitamine D, on trouve par exemple le chocolat noir et le jaune d&rsquo;oeuf. De quoi facilement se passer d&rsquo;un compl\u00e9ment alimentaire bas\u00e9 sur la vitamine D, non? M\u00eame si vous \u00eates dans la liste des personnes plus sensibles?<br \/> D&rsquo;ailleurs, l&rsquo;ANSES pr\u00e9cise que: \u00ab\u00a0Il est possible d\u2019assurer un statut satisfaisant en vitamine D par l\u2019exposition au soleil, en pratiquant une activit\u00e9 physique \u00e0 l\u2019air libre par exemple, et l\u2019alimentation, en veillant \u00e0 ce que les produits riches en vitamine D fassent bien partie de l\u2019alimentation.\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n<h6><u>Le glucosamine<\/u><\/h6>\n<p> Alors celui l\u00e0, je n&rsquo;en n&rsquo;avais jamais entendu parl\u00e9. Il fallait le trouver! J&rsquo;ai fait une rapide recherche pour d\u00e9terminer si un apport en glucosamine serait b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour la bonne sant\u00e9 de nos cartilages et tendons. <br \/><strong>Dans <a href=\"https:\/\/www.anses.fr\/fr\/system\/files\/NUT2015SA0069.pdf\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">ce document<\/a> dat\u00e9 de janvier 2019, l&rsquo;ANSES conclut que son \u00e9tude \u00ab\u00a0a mis en \u00e9vidence l\u2019existence de populations sp\u00e9cifiques pour lesquelles la consommation de compl\u00e9ments alimentaires contenant de la glucosamine pr\u00e9sente un risque.\u00a0\u00bb D&rsquo;autres recommandations et avertissements par rapport \u00e0 cette mol\u00e9cule sont mentionn\u00e9es en page 41 du document. En effet, un nombre non n\u00e9gligeable de cas d&rsquo;effets ind\u00e9sirables \u00ab\u00a0survenus suite \u00e0 la consommation de compl\u00e9ments alimentaires contenant de la glucosamine\u00a0\u00bb ont \u00e9t\u00e9 report\u00e9s.<\/strong> <\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\nDonc, <strong>\u00e0 part pour le collag\u00e8ne, avec lequel on ne sait pas pour le moment si un apport suppl\u00e9mentaire est efficace, les autres compl\u00e9ments alimentaires sont soit inutiles, soit dangereux (voir la fin du document de l&rsquo;ANSES mentionn\u00e9 ci-dessus). Il faut particuli\u00e8rement \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9viter l\u2019apport d\u2019un m\u00eame ingr\u00e9dient par diff\u00e9rentes sources\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0la consommation concomitante de plusieurs compl\u00e9ments alimentaires\u00a0\u00bb.<\/strong> Et m\u00eame si il n&rsquo;est pas toujours facile de s&rsquo;y retrouver entre tous les articles et \u00e9tudes disponibles, ces conclusions sont sans appel. On pourra trouver des articles contre disant mes conclusions, mais attention \u00e0 leur date de parution, \u00e0 leur provenance, et au descriptif exact de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude. Le mieux \u00e9tant de se fier \u00e0 une m\u00e9ta analyse (qui synth\u00e9tise plusieurs \u00e9tudes).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sauf cas particulier li\u00e9 \u00e0 un probl\u00e8me de sant\u00e9, vous pouvez donc gardez votre argent pour vous offrir une alimentation vari\u00e9e et de qualit\u00e9!<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nous \u00e9tions \u00e9pargn\u00e9s jusque-l\u00e0.
