Sans compter le besoin de bras b\u00e9n\u00e9voles pour le d\u00e9montage et le nettoyage des prises sales. Dans le monde des salles commerciales, l&rsquo;argent a pu manquer \u00e0 cause de la crise du virus et ralentir la rotation des ouvertures. Certaines salles peuvent \u00e9galement utiliser ce levier pour maximiser leurs profits. Mais le jeu est risqu\u00e9 et il vaut mieux avoir le monopole du quartier. Je n&rsquo;en connais qu&rsquo;une qui fonctionne comme \u00e7a, et vu mon adresse vous trouverez facilement de laquelle je parle &#8230;<br \/>\n<br \/>\nBref, si vous vous ennuyez dans votre salle de grimpe habituelle, <strong>voici quelques exercices pour amener de la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 (voir cet <a href=\"https:\/\/www.escalade.pro\/news\/entrainement-variete\/\">article<\/a> sur ce th\u00e8me). Cela vous permettra d&rsquo;\u00e9viter de passer de suite \u00e0 un entrainement purement bas\u00e9 sur le physique. Vous remarquerez que ces exercices bouleverseront vos habitudes en amenant de la complexit\u00e9 technique et en sollicitant vos capacit\u00e9s d&rsquo;adaptation comme de r\u00e9flexion et de visualisation. <\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;id\u00e9e est belle et bien de se pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 la grimpe sur le vrai caillou. Je vous conseille <a href=\"https:\/\/aporteededoigts.com\/technique-escalade-entrainement-progression\/ameliorer-technique-progresser-exercices\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">cet excellent article de \u00ab\u00a0A port\u00e9e de Doigts\u00a0\u00bb<\/a> consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 ce sujet.   <\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h6><u>Dans une salle de blocs<\/u><\/h6>\n<p>\n&#8211; Grimper avec les pieds \u00e0 plat, ou plus exactement ne s&rsquo;autoriser <strong>que les volumes pour prises de pied<\/strong>. Cela n&rsquo;est pas toujours possible alors on peut rajouter une prise de pied quand \u00e7a ne passe pas. C&rsquo;est souvent le cas au d\u00e9part d&rsquo;un bloc.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>S&rsquo;autoriser X prises en plus dans des niveaux trop \u00e9lev\u00e9s pour vous.<\/strong> On \u00e9vite de choisir une tr\u00e8s grosse prise. Le jeu peut \u00eatre de partir sur deux prises bonus sur une premi\u00e8re version, pour ensuite passer \u00e0 une.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Le stade final \u00e9tant d&rsquo;utiliser le mur comme un \u00ab\u00a0pan\u00a0\u00bb, c&rsquo;est \u00e0 dire en cr\u00e9ant enti\u00e8rement les passages \u00e0 partir des prises en place.<\/strong> Bien avant la stade final, c&rsquo;\u00e9tait le stade initial du \u00ab\u00a0spray wall\u00a0\u00bb dans les ann\u00e9es 80 et 90. La boucle est boucl\u00e9e<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h6><u>Exercices en voies<\/u><\/h6>\n<p>\nLes exercices pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents sont faisables sur des voies, mais il faut une bonne m\u00e9moire et \u00eatre tr\u00e8s entrain\u00e9 \u00e0 la visualisation.<br \/>\nVoici deux exercices qui vous feront moins mal \u00e0 la t\u00eate:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>S&rsquo;autoriser 2 couleurs de prises pour une m\u00eame voie.<\/strong> Par exemple je suis un grimpeur de 6b, et sur cette ligne j&rsquo;utilise les prises vertes du 7a et les bleues du 7c.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Prendre une couleur de prises pour les mains, et une autre pour les pieds.<\/strong> Cela vous fera sortir tr\u00e8s facilement de votre routine, et d\u00e9veloppera votre sens du placement sans aucuns doutes.<br \/>\nOn peut pousser le jeu avec telle couleur pour le pied gauche, telle couleur pour le pied droit, etc. De bonnes rigolades en perspectives!\n<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\nBref, n&rsquo;oubliez pas qu&rsquo;<strong>une SAE (structure ARTIFICIELLE d&rsquo;escalade) n&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;un outil pour progresser, rien de plus. Il faut utiliser ce support pour se confronter \u00e0 des probl\u00e8mes nous poussant \u00e0 nous adapter. Bien \u00e9videmment, le travail des ouvreurs est tr\u00e8s respectable et dans l&rsquo;immense majorit\u00e9 des cas r\u00e9alis\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re intelligente et soign\u00e9e. N\u00e9anmoins il ne faut pas le sacraliser et figer sa pratique.
