On se rend compte que les grandes th\u00e9ories g\u00e9n\u00e9ralistes restent des th\u00e9ories et que l&rsquo;entrainement doit \u00eatre adapt\u00e9 au contexte et \u00e0 la personne qui le suit.<\/strong> Avant les particularit\u00e9s propres \u00e0 chacun, dans la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration principalement, je m&rsquo;occupe d&rsquo;enfants, de pr\u00e9-ados, d&rsquo;ados, de s\u00e9niors, de femmes, de filles, d&rsquo;hommes et de gar\u00e7ons. Le challenge est de s&rsquo;adapter au mieux \u00e0 chaque public, et c&rsquo;est un sacr\u00e9 challenge!<\/p>\n<p>De tous les axes dans lesquels nous devons progresser, <strong>il me semble que la prise en compte du genre (f\u00e9minin\/masculin) est un axe de travail primordial. Cela inclut en autre la prise en compte des r\u00e8gles f\u00e9minines. Un sujet qui reste malheureusement encore trop tabou dans notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Pourtant, d\u00e8s qu&rsquo;une grimpeuse a ses premi\u00e8res menstruations, sa pratique sportive devrait y \u00eatre adapt\u00e9e. Que l&rsquo;on soit dans une pratique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re ou dans l&rsquo;entrainement intensif.<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Menstruations et entrainement. Ces deux th\u00e8mes vont probablement devenir rapidement indissociables dans le monde sportif.<\/strong> Ce ne sont pas les <a href=\"http:\/\/www.slate.fr\/story\/179679\/prise-en-compte-cycles-menstruels-performance-sportive-entrainement\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">joueuses de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe am\u00e9ricaine de football<\/a> qui vont me contredire. Le chantier semble immense, mais il faut bien commencer un jour!<br \/>\nJe vous propose un r\u00e9sum\u00e9 de cette courte mais n\u00e9anmoins tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressante vid\u00e9o de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/c\/Pr%C3%A9paPerformance\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pr\u00e9pa et Performance<\/a> traitant des cycles f\u00e9minins et de l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 physique. Elle est int\u00e9gr\u00e9e \u00e0 cet article un peu plus bas. Je vais essayer d&rsquo;y <strong>lier les phases du cycle menstruel \u00e0 la pratique de l&rsquo;escalade et de l&rsquo;entrainement suivi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h6><u>Premi\u00e8re phase du cycle, la phase folliculaire:<\/u><\/h6>\n<p>Cette phase dure g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement 14 jours. Le taux de l&rsquo;hormone \u0153strog\u00e8ne augmente durant tout le cycle. Dynamisme, enthousiasme, et motivation sont facilit\u00e9s. Le corps utilise au mieux les glucides et le glycog\u00e8ne musculaire. Cela favorise les <strong>efforts intenses, le d\u00e9veloppement de la force et l&rsquo;hypertrophie musculaire.<br \/>\nC&rsquo;est la meilleure p\u00e9riode pour faire du bloc, travailler et essayer des voies dures. <\/strong><\/p>\n<h6><u>Phase 2, l&rsquo;ovulation:<\/u><\/h6>\n<p>La fatigue peut se faire sentir. On remarque \u00e9galement une <strong>souplesse ligamentaire accrue. C&rsquo;est le moment de baisser l&rsquo;intensit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;entrainement et il faut bien soigner l&rsquo;\u00e9chauffement.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h6><u>Phase 3, la phase lut\u00e9ale:<\/u><\/h6>\n<p>Cette phase a une dur\u00e9e fixe de 14 jours. Le niveau d&rsquo;\u0153strog\u00e8ne diminue, celui de progest\u00e9rone augmente. Tonus vasculaire et oxyg\u00e9nation cellulaire au top, <strong>c&rsquo;est la bonne p\u00e9riode pour travailler l&rsquo;endurance tout en faisant attention \u00e0 l&rsquo;hydratation.<br \/>\nR\u00e9si longue (plus de 20 mouvements), continuit\u00e9, c&rsquo;est le moment pour enchainer les circuits et les longueurs en veillant \u00e0 ne pas tomber dans une fatigue excessive.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ce cycle se termine par le syndrome pr\u00e9menstruel (douleurs, irritabilit\u00e9, d\u00e9prime, &#8230;) qui montre des formes et une intensit\u00e9 variable. Il touche 70 \u00e0 90% des femmes. Ce syndrome n&rsquo;affecterait pas la performance, encore faut-il pouvoir le g\u00e9rer! Nous sommes en plein dans l&rsquo;individualisation.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h6><u>Phase 4, les r\u00e8gles:<\/u><\/h6>\n<p>La dur\u00e9e est de 3 \u00e0 7 jours. L\u00e0 encore <strong>l&rsquo;entrainement n&rsquo;est pas contre-indiqu\u00e9, mais doit \u00eatre adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 la forme du jour.<br \/>\nAttention au risque d&rsquo;an\u00e9mie en cas de r\u00e8gles intenses.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/JbaBYU5GeFk\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>J&rsquo;ai bien conscience que ces informations sont tr\u00e8s succinctes et incompl\u00e8tes.
