Si douleur, arr\u00eater imm\u00e9diatement.<\/span><\/p>\n<h6><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><u>AVERTISSEMENT 2<\/u><\/span><\/h6>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Les photos sont de mauvaise qualit\u00e9, car moi non plus je n\u2019ai pas acc\u00e8s \u00e0 une salle d\u2019entrainement avec de l\u2019\u00e9clairage et de l\u2019espace depuis des mois. Sur certaines photos, le sujet est mal plac\u00e9 et cela sera signal\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Nous sommes en guerre et il faut bien r\u00e9sister contre la <a href=\"https:\/\/sport.francetvinfo.fr\/omnisport\/le-sport-en-interieur-larret-total-les-fermetures-maintenues-ce-quil-faut-retenir-des?fbclid=IwAR3nhLo8dlJEuUY76rn0r79lNaLwIJOOnF6Lgm8DTC1c50lBfZGrIiIk1Vs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">connerie et l\u2019incomp\u00e9tence<\/a>\u2026 <strong>Je n\u2019aime pas partager des exercices d\u2019entrainements sur le web, car \u00e0 mon sens on ne s\u2019entraine pas via un \u00e9cran sans une exp\u00e9rience ou formation pr\u00e9alable. Mais voil\u00e0, il faut recadrer les priorit\u00e9s vu qu\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.escalade.pro\/news\/moniteur-escalade-crise-corona-virus\/\">on fait des mauvais choix \u00e0 notre place<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Lors du premier confinement du printemps , j\u2019avais publi\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.escalade.pro\/news\/entrainement-confinement\/\">un article sur l\u2019entrainement global<\/a> et sans illustrations. Nous allons travailler les \u00e9tirements et les muscles antagonistes, pour le haut du corps.<\/strong> <br \/>\nPour cela il vous faut : <br \/>\n&#8211; un <strong>tapis de sol<\/strong> <br \/>\n&#8211; un <strong>\u00e9lastique<\/strong> fin (<strong>que TOUT grimpeur doit poss\u00e9der, d\u00e9sol\u00e9\u2026<\/strong>) <br \/>\n&#8211; des <strong>poign\u00e9es push-up<\/strong>, pas indispensables mais fortement conseill\u00e9es pour la protection des poign\u00e9es et le transfert vers notre activit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Les exercices peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9s tous les jours, m\u00eame sur une petite s\u00e9ance de 15 minutes.<\/span> N&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 me demander des pr\u00e9cisions pour les exercices.<\/p>\n<h6><u>ETIREMENTS ET MOBILITE<\/u><\/h6>\n<p>15\/20 secondes par \u00e9tirement, <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">en douceur<\/span>! Effort d&rsquo;un minimum de 30 secondes, commencer doucement, pas de fatigue sur 15 premi\u00e8res secondes. Ensuite <strong>il faut que \u00e7a chauffe fort dans les muscles!<\/strong><br \/>\nToujours \u00e9paules basses ne pas cambrer, regarder loin, serrer fesses et abdos, se grandir.<br \/>\nSi pas de Puis viendront le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.escalade.pro\/news\/entrainement-covid-pompes-tractions-semaine-3\/\">renforcement du haut du corps (pompes et tractions) pour la troisi\u00e8me semaine<\/a>, et la conti\/r\u00e9si pour la quatri\u00e8me. Il vous faudra au minimum une barre \u00e0 traction.
