G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, on reprend des bases comme la lecture, le geste de mousquetonnage, etc. Parmi ces axes de travail, <strong>une bonne technique de respiration en grimpant est bien l&rsquo;un des fondamentaux sur lequel on peut toujours apprendre. Cette fonction vitale offre un lien direct et relativement ma\u00eetrisable entre le corps et \u00ab\u00a0l&rsquo;esprit\u00a0\u00bb. L&rsquo;objectif par rapport \u00e0 l&rsquo;escalade \u00e9tant de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.escalade.pro\/news\/application-meditation-smartphone\/\">faire baisser le stress avant de grimper et d&rsquo;atteindre un \u00e9tat optimal de concentration, le flow<\/a>, via ce vecteur respiration.<\/strong> Nous appellerons vulgairement ici cette technique la \u00ab\u00a0respiration de concentration\u00a0\u00bb. <strong>Tr\u00e8s bien, cela fonctionne.<\/strong> <\/p>\n<h6><strong>Mais quand on grimpe, comment on respire?<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Souffles!\u00a0\u00bb \u00ab\u00a0Respires!\u00a0\u00bb: de tr\u00e8s bons conseils que votre assureur ou pareur vous donne quand il vous observe forcer en apn\u00e9e avec les oreilles qui rougissent. Il est impliqu\u00e9 et c&rsquo;est d\u00e9j\u00e0 tr\u00e8s bien. Mais comment je souffle? Comment je respire lorsque mes bras sont explos\u00e9s sur ce bon repos et qu&rsquo;il reste encore 10 m\u00e8tres avant le relais? Dans ce pas en dalle au dessus du spit o\u00f9 il faut rester souple pour laisser aller le bassin au dessus du pied? Dans ce bloc qui sort en trois mouvements hyper explosifs \u00e0 la suite?<\/p>\n<p><strong>De mon exp\u00e9rience, je dirais que respiration et rythme de grimpe son intimement li\u00e9s. Ainsi on peut sch\u00e9matiser avec 2 techniques de respiration selon le moment. Une \u00ab\u00a0respiration de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration\u00a0\u00bb, quand on grimpe dans du facile, o\u00f9 qu&rsquo;on cherche \u00e0 r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer sur un point de repos. Une \u00ab\u00a0respiration d&rsquo;effort\u00a0\u00bb quand les mouvements sont difficiles et qu&rsquo;il faut avancer.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>La \u00ab\u00a0respiration de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration\u00a0\u00bb est proche de celle de \u00ab\u00a0concentration\u00a0\u00bb. On inspire par le nez, on respire par le ventre, et on souffle longuement par la bouche. L&rsquo;objectif est de se calmer, de baisser le rythme cardiaque, de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer, tout en visualisant la suite. La \u00ab\u00a0respiration d&rsquo;effort\u00a0\u00bb est  elle dynamique, rythm\u00e9e par les d\u00e9placements, avec une forte expiration par la bouche \u00e0 chaque mouvement. On l&rsquo;utilise quand il faut avancer sans calculer.<br \/>\nEntre ces 2 situations oppos\u00e9es, nous avons une multitude de situations interm\u00e9diaires.<\/strong> M\u00eame sur un bloc l&rsquo;intensit\u00e9 sera rarement parfaitement homog\u00e8ne et la respiration pourra \u00eatre modul\u00e9e. <strong>L&rsquo;objectif \u00e9tant d&rsquo;avoir une respiration adapt\u00e9e au rythme de grimpe que vous impose le passage,  avec la meilleure concentration possible, en fonction de ses capacit\u00e9s physiques du moment. Donc tout est li\u00e9, et la respiration peut \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme le facteur le plus imm\u00e9diat et direct pour g\u00e9rer votre essai.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Prenez conscience de votre respiration durant votre grimpe. Commencez par des exercices \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chauffement sur une voie facile, une travers\u00e9e, o\u00f9 en naviguant entre des blocs, et alternez les diff\u00e9rentes respirations.Les r\u00e9sultats seront rapides avec de la pratique et un regard ext\u00e9rieur pour vous corriger.<\/strong> N&rsquo;ayez pas peur de faire du bruit en respirant!<br \/>\nActuellement, la plupart des salles de grimpe sont ferm\u00e9es (&#8230;) et la m\u00e9t\u00e9o rend la grimpe en ext\u00e9rieur compliqu\u00e9e. N\u00e9anmoins, vous pouvez facilement travailler vos respirations en visualisant votre grimpe depuis votre canap\u00e9, ou mieux encore en faisant des tractions\/pompes. Pour cette seconde option, utiliser la \u00ab\u00a0respiration d&rsquo;effort\u00a0\u00bb lors des mouvements, et la \u00ab\u00a0respiration de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration\u00a0\u00bb entre les s\u00e9ries.
