La question se pause in\u00e9vitablement, faut-il s\u2019entra\u00eener en force, r\u00e9si et conti sur la m\u00eame s\u00e9ance?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>La premi\u00e8re r\u00e9ponse, sans nuances, est non. Il ne faut pas entra\u00eener les 3 fili\u00e8res sur la m\u00eame s\u00e9ance. Disons plut\u00f4t s\u2019entra\u00eener en force et r\u00e9sistance sur la m\u00eame s\u00e9ance est compliqu\u00e9 (comment maintenir un niveau \u00e9lev\u00e9 de force si on a auparavant \u00e9puis\u00e9 la fili\u00e8re?). Par contre, pour faire un bon entrainement de r\u00e9si, il faut \u00eatre chaud en force et donc avoir fait quelques blocs durs avant. Mais s\u2019entra\u00eener r\u00e9ellement en force et en r\u00e9si dans la m\u00eame s\u00e9ance, cela ne marchera pas vraiment. La pire erreur serait de finir par de la force<\/strong>, ce que font souvent les grimpeurs en salle qui finissent par du bloc car ils sont trop daub\u00e9s pour faire de la voie (fort risque de blessure! surtout sur le Gullich).<br \/>\n<strong>Pour la conti c&rsquo;est plus simple, apr\u00e8s la force ou la r\u00e9si c&rsquo;est tr\u00e8s bien, recommand\u00e9 m\u00eame.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Je pense donc qu&rsquo;une \u00e9norme s\u00e9ance comme le font Romain et johan peut faire bien de temps en temps, sans en abuser (cela me rappelle la mode de \u00ab\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.escalade.pro\/news\/entrainement-escalade\/\">l&rsquo;ultra-entra\u00eenement<\/a>\u00ab\u00a0).<\/strong> Cela peut \u00eatre int\u00e9ressant quand on ne peut faire qu&rsquo;une s\u00e9ance par semaine par exemple, o\u00f9 quand on sait qu&rsquo;on ne va pas pouvoir grimper durant une longue p\u00e9riode apr\u00e8s cette s\u00e9ance. <strong>Cela n&rsquo;est certainement pas \u00e0 g\u00e9n\u00e9raliser, car pas efficace et dangereux.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>L&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat de ces vid\u00e9os r\u00e9side dans l&rsquo;aide qu&rsquo;elles peuvent vous apporter pour organiser vos s\u00e9ances.
