{"id":17576,"date":"2019-02-25T11:01:55","date_gmt":"2019-02-25T10:01:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.escalade.pro\/news\/?p=17576"},"modified":"2019-07-23T15:42:22","modified_gmt":"2019-07-23T13:42:22","slug":"application-meditation-smartphone","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.escalade.pro\/news\/application-meditation-smartphone\/","title":{"rendered":"Une application pour g\u00e9rer le stress&#8230; et mieux grimper?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Lors de sa <a href=\"https:\/\/www.escalade.pro\/news\/conference-preparation-mentale-arkose-carrere\/\">conf\u00e9rence sur la pr\u00e9paration mentale<\/a> \u00e0 Arkose Genevois, Marc nous avait fait pratiquer rapidement un exercice de respiration qu&rsquo;il appelait \u00ab\u00a0coh\u00e9rence cardiaque\u00a0\u00bb. Il avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 abord\u00e9 auparavant ce th\u00e8me alors qu&rsquo;il intervenait sur de mes entrainement du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.escalade.pro\/news\/groupe-escalade-performance-club-alpin-annemasse\/\">Groupe Performance du Club Alpin d&rsquo;Annemasse<\/a>, \u00e9voquant la possibilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;utiliser une application smartphone pour r\u00e9aliser des exercices de respiration et mieux g\u00e9rer le stress. Apr\u00e8s un automne sur les chapeaux de roue, j&rsquo;avais enfin du temps libre pour tester cette nouvelle approche durant les vacances de fin d&rsquo;ann\u00e9e.<\/strong> Je l&rsquo;ai fait autant pour mon bien \u00eatre et satisfaire ma curiosit\u00e9, que dans l&rsquo;optique de l&rsquo;entraineur qui veut \u00e9largir ses comp\u00e9tences et explorer de nouveaux outils pour am\u00e9liorer son travail (quand on trouve le temps&#8230; et il y a tellement de chose \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir et approfondir).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les applications proposant une aide \u00e0 la pratique de la respiration m\u00e9ditative sont tr\u00e8s nombreuses sur Google Play comme sur App Store.<\/strong> J&rsquo;ai par hasard choisi l&rsquo;application \u00ab\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/play.google.com\/store\/apps\/details?id=com.abdula.pranabreath&amp;hl=fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Respiration Pranique<\/a>\u00ab\u00a0, en restant \u00e0 sa version gratuite. Cette application propose des sessions de 7 minutes de respiration, rythm\u00e9es par une petite musique. Plusieurs cycles de respiration sont possibles, avec des phases d&rsquo;inspiration, expiration, mais \u00e9galement de soutien ou de retenue de la respiration. <strong>Voil\u00e0 les premi\u00e8res r\u00e9flexions que j&rsquo;en retire apr\u00e8s quelques semaines d&rsquo;utilisation. Avec des r\u00e9percutions int\u00e9ressantes dans mes vies personnelles et professionnelles, de grimpeur, de moniteur d&rsquo;escalade et d&rsquo;entraineur.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.escalade.pro\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/Screenshot_20190121-120331.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-17580\" src=\"https:\/\/www.escalade.pro\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/Screenshot_20190121-120331-169x300.png\" alt=\"application meditation\" width=\"169\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.escalade.pro\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/Screenshot_20190121-120331-169x300.png 169w, https:\/\/www.escalade.pro\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/Screenshot_20190121-120331-337x600.png 337w, https:\/\/www.escalade.pro\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/Screenshot_20190121-120331.png 480w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 169px) 100vw, 169px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h6><u>Dans la vie de tous les jours<\/u><\/h6>\n<p><strong>Pour les toutes premi\u00e8res sessions, soyons honn\u00eate, il faut s&rsquo;attacher \u00e0 une certaine discipline. <\/strong>Surtout que lorsqu&rsquo;on est en vacances pour deux semaines pleines, le stress est loin et il faut alors mieux miser sur la curiosit\u00e9 que la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9. Ainsi les notifications de l&rsquo;application sont un bon moyen de ne pas avoir l&rsquo;excuse de l&rsquo;oubli. <strong>Pourtant, tr\u00e8s vite, j&rsquo;ai ressenti les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices de ces exercices, cela m&rsquo;a vraiment surpris. Quelques heures apr\u00e8s une session, un bien \u00eatre et une douce \u00e9nergie m&rsquo;envahissent. Une sensation que j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 connue apr\u00e8s une longue journ\u00e9e de grimpe ou de montagne o\u00f9 tu n&rsquo;as pens\u00e9 \u00e0 rien, ou plut\u00f4t \u00e0 rien d&rsquo;autre que ce que tu ne fais dans le moment pr\u00e9sent.<\/strong> De la discipline, je suis vite pass\u00e9 au besoin, avec le bon vieux r\u00e9flexe pavlovien cr\u00e9e par la petit musique de l&rsquo;application. Tr\u00e8s rapidement donc. Les vacances termin\u00e9es, <strong>je pratique encore plusieurs fois par semaine<\/strong>.<br \/>\nL&rsquo;\u00e9tape suivante serait de se passer du smartphone.<\/p>\n<h6><u>Pour s\u2019entra\u00eener ou entra\u00eener<\/u><\/h6>\n<p>G\u00e9rer son stress, son \u00e9nergie dans la vie de tous les jours c&rsquo;est tr\u00e8s confortable. Mais par rapport \u00e0 la grimpe, quel est l&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat? <strong>Je ne suis pas pr\u00e9parateur mental. Malgr\u00e9 cela, mon exp\u00e9rience de grimpeur m&rsquo;a amen\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper une routine de concentration pour \u00eatre pr\u00eat avant de mettre un essai dans une voie. Utiliser l&rsquo;application me permet d&rsquo;aider les athl\u00e8tes \u00e0 mettre en place cette routine personnelle de concentration avant de grimper, mais \u00e9galement en grimpant dans une voie o\u00f9 un bloc quand la peur et\/ou le doute prennent la place de l&rsquo;instant pr\u00e9sent. J&rsquo;utilise \u00e9galement cette technique de respiration pour ma pratique personnelle d\u00e9sormais.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h6><u>Pour encadrer un groupe<\/u><\/h6>\n<p><strong>Quand j&rsquo;\u00e9cris g\u00e9rer un groupe, je parle de groupes d&rsquo;enfants (6 \u00e0 10 ans). Des enfants parfois voir souvent agit\u00e9s, ce qui n&rsquo;est pas anormal. Cette ann\u00e9e je m&rsquo;occupe de deux groupes de ce type \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vertic-halle.ch\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Vertic Halle<\/a>. Sans y croire, j&rsquo;ai test\u00e9 l&rsquo;application avec ces groupes en fin de s\u00e9ance, pour ce que l&rsquo;on appelle le \u00ab\u00a0retour au calme\u00a0\u00bb.<\/strong> Bien s\u00fbr je ne les ai pas clou\u00e9s au matelas pour leur imposer sept minutes d&rsquo;une torture par l&rsquo;immobilit\u00e9. Entre rires \u00e9touff\u00e9s et spasmes d&rsquo;hilarit\u00e9, deux minutes au maximum \u00e9taient largement suffisantes! <strong>Et pourtant, au d\u00e9but du court suivant cette premi\u00e8re exp\u00e9rience, une petite fille qui s&rsquo;av\u00e8re compliqu\u00e9e \u00e0 canaliser me demandant si on allait \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9couter la petite musique\u00a0\u00bb! Cela m&rsquo;a \u00e9norm\u00e9ment surpris. Depuis j&rsquo;utilise cet outil \u00e0 chaque fin de s\u00e9ance, parfois m\u00eame en cours de s\u00e9ance quand la dynamique n&rsquo;est pas bonne&#8230; ou trop forte on va dire. Apr\u00e8s ces deux minutes de calme les enfants reprennent \u00e0 grimper en travers\u00e9e dans la calme.<\/strong> Si l&rsquo;enfant ne parvient pas \u00e0 rester \u00ab\u00a0dans sa grimpe\u00a0\u00bb, il s&rsquo;\u00e9loigne et a pour consigne de ne pas d\u00e9ranger les autres. Les techniques de respiration d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es permettent d&rsquo;atteindre un \u00e9tat de concentration propice \u00e0 une grimpe lib\u00e9r\u00e9e sans peur, doutes et h\u00e9sitations. M\u00eame si tout ne se fait pas sans travail sur soi,  remise en question, et que beaucoup d&rsquo;autres param\u00e8tres rentrent en ligne de compte. <\/strong>L&rsquo;appel aux comp\u00e9tences d&rsquo;un pr\u00e9parateur mental permet \u00e9videmment une d\u00e9marche plus efficace, et l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;autres approches.<br \/>\n<strong>La m\u00e9ditation aide \u00e0 solliciter intens\u00e9ment le cortex n\u00e9o-frontal de notre cerveau, sa partie la plus r\u00e9cente et \u00e9volu\u00e9e, mais que nous ne savons pas encore bien solliciter le plus souvent.<\/strong> Pour approfondir le sujet, je vous sugg\u00e8re par exemple de lire le livre \u00ab\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.jacques-fradin.com\/thematiques\/l-intelligence-du-stress\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">L&rsquo;intelligence su stress<\/a>\u00a0\u00bb de Jacques Fradin. Allez courage \u00e7a en vaut la peine! Je ne vous parlerai pas des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices de la m\u00e9ditation sur la sant\u00e9, qui ont solidement \u00e9t\u00e9 prouv\u00e9s depuis de nombreuses ann\u00e9es.<br \/>\nJe dois par contre avouer que j&rsquo;utilise peu le terme \u00ab\u00a0m\u00e9ditation\u00a0\u00bb car il a encore malheureusement trop souvent une connotation exotique et donc risible dans notre vieille soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Vu le succ\u00e8s des applications  de respiration m\u00e9ditative, les choses sont probablement en train d&rsquo;\u00e9voluer et je pourrais peut \u00eatre assumer?
