Le question centrale \u00e9tant \u00e0 chaque fois quel mat\u00e9riel utiliser, comment et surtout dans quelle situation.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>N&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 me contacter pour des demandes plus pr\u00e9cises ou diff\u00e9rentes. L&rsquo;escalade en t\u00eate peut tout \u00e0 fait s&rsquo;apprendre en salle, le rappel \u00e9galement. Pour les autres th\u00e8mes c&rsquo;est plus d\u00e9licat, et m\u00eame impossible quand \u00e0 la pause de coinceurs ou pitons, ou encore pour l&rsquo;utilisation de crashpads.<\/p>\n<h6><strong><u>Pratique du bloc en ext\u00e9rieur<\/u> <\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Placement des crashpads, parades et chutes. Anticipation de r\u00e9tablissements d\u00e9licats.<\/p>\n<h6><strong><u>Escalade en t\u00eate<\/u> <\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Mousquetonnages de d\u00e9gaines, assurage, chutes, manip de maillon rapide (comment passer sa corde dans le relais). Placer un point de renvoi, assurer un premier et un second de cord\u00e9e, g\u00e9rer le tirage.<\/p>\n<h6><strong><u>Grimpe en terrain d&rsquo;aventure<\/u><\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Utiliser des coinceurs cabl\u00e9s ou m\u00e9caniques, des pitons et des sangles. S\u00e9parer les brins, limiter le tirage, renforcer les relais.
