Mais il y a quoi derri\u00e8re ce terme?<br \/>\n<strong>Cela ne fonctionne pas toujours, cela reste avant tout un rapport entre 2 \u00eatres humains qui doivent se comprendre.<\/strong> Arr\u00eater n\u2019est pas un \u00e9chec, c\u2019est juste que cela n\u2019a pas fonctionn\u00e9 et qu\u2019il faut trouver une autre organisation globale pour ton entra\u00eenement.<br \/>\nAu d\u00e9but, les premi\u00e8res semaines, il y a in\u00e9vitablement des r\u00e9glages \u00e0 faire pour bien se comprendre.<\/p>\n<h3><u>DU C\u00d4T\u00c9 ENTRA\u00ceNEUR<\/u><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Je m\u2019engage \u00e0 t\u2019\u00e9couter, \u00e0 suivre tes comptes-rendus, \u00e0 me remettre en question et \u00e0 \u00eatre honn\u00eate. A mobiliser toute mon exp\u00e9rience et mes comp\u00e9tences pour t\u2019entra\u00eener, en t\u2019aidant \u00e0 progresser, tout en minimisant au maximum le risque de blessure.<\/strong><br \/>\nJe r\u00e9ponds aux messages le plus rapidement possible (et donc si je ne r\u00e9ponds pas, c\u2019est que je ne suis pas disponible).<br \/>\nContacte-moi sur whatsapp si cela n\u2019est pas un compte rendu de s\u00e9ance. Evite les messages vocaux stp ! Tu peux m\u2019envoyer des vid\u00e9os de s\u00e9ance, \u00e0 pr\u00e9ciser.<br \/>\nJe pr\u00e9pare g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement les s\u00e9ances de la semaine le lundi matin. A confirmer ensemble.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Si le rapport humain n&rsquo;est pas per\u00e7u comme agr\u00e9able, \u00e9panouissant pour moi et\/ou utile, je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re arr\u00eater sans pr\u00e9avis &#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><u>DU C\u00d4T\u00c9 GRIMPEUR<\/u><\/h3>\n<h6><u>Globalement<\/u><\/h6>\n<p><strong>C\u2019est primordial et indispensable pour moi que tu aimes vraiment la grimpe sur le rocher. M\u00eame, et surtout si tu viens me voir pour pr\u00e9parer un examen et\/ou une formation.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Je donne des outils, mon exp\u00e9rience, mais \u00e0 toi de faire le travail, de vouloir le changement, de changer tes habitudes et de casser tes sch\u00e9mas de fonctionnement mental habituels <\/strong>si cela est n\u00e9cessaire<strong>. C\u2019est ton investissement et ta capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 te remettre en question et \u00e0 avoir confiance en toi qui font tout. Je te mets sur les rails mais tu es le moteur.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> Pour progresser, apprendre, progresser, il faut faire des erreurs, oser, essayer.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>R\u00e9gularit\u00e9 et patience<\/strong> sont indispensables. Pour les entrainements techniques comme physiques <strong>le mental est toujours engag\u00e9<\/strong> (concern\u00e9, concentr\u00e9, attentif \u00e0 ses \u00e9motions et r\u00e9actions). Il te faudra <strong>suivre pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment les consignes<\/strong>.<br \/>\nTu dois comprendre ce que l\u2019on fait et pourquoi. On d\u00e9termine des objectifs de r\u00e9sultat \/ cotation, de performance r\u00e9alistes, avec des sous-objectifs intrins\u00e8ques concrets. Afin de pouvoir poursuivre sans moi apr\u00e8s la fin de mon suivi.<br \/>\nComment tu vas r\u00e9agir aux entra\u00eenements ? On ne sait pas, il faudra trouver la bonne planification et la bonne m\u00e9thode pour ton organisme, en harmonie avec ta vie priv\u00e9e.<br \/>\nDes progr\u00e8s rapides en pr\u00e9paration physique sont faciles \u00e0 obtenir, mais pas durables et accroissent le risque de blessure.<\/p>\n<h6><u>Concr\u00eatement<\/u><\/h6>\n<p><strong>Je demande au minimum 3 s\u00e9ances de grimpe (1h30\/2h00) par semaine + 1 entra\u00eenement sp\u00e9cifique + un entra\u00eenement cardio ou autre sport. Mais attention au conflit avec d\u2019autres sports. La grimpe doit \u00eatre ton sport prioritaire !<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Hygi\u00e8ne de vie ET qualit\u00e9 de vie pour la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration sont tr\u00e8s importants.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Les comptes \u2013rendus de s\u00e9ance (avec RPE) sont \u00e0 remplir, \u00e0 renseigner pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment avec honn\u00eatet\u00e9, surtout par rapport aux douleurs \u00e9ventuelles ou la d\u00e9motivation, la lassitude, l\u2019incompr\u00e9hension.<\/strong> S&rsquo;ils ne le sont pas, je relance au d\u00e9but, puis je laisse filer sans placer de nouvelles s\u00e9ances.<br \/>\n<strong>Echauffement, \u00e9tirements, antagonistes<\/strong> de fin de s\u00e9ance doivent rapidement devenir des <strong>routines personnelles<\/strong> une fois que nous les avons mises en place.<br \/>\nPr\u00e9viens moi si tu as des changements de planning perso\/pro au plus tard dimanche pour la semaine suivante.<br \/>\nOn \u00e9change beaucoup ? Peu ? Quand et comment ? Chaque fois c\u2019est diff\u00e9rent. Je suis le plus souple possible et je veux maximiser efficacit\u00e9 et rendre l\u2019exp\u00e9rience gratifiante pour nous deux.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les salles d&rsquo;escalade commerciales ne proposent pas g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement les infrastructures et le mat\u00e9riel pour s&rsquo;entrainer efficacement pour la grimpe sur rocher. C&rsquo;est le m\u00eame souci avec les salles de clubs. Le mieux, c&rsquo;est un pan. Je m&rsquo;adapte du mieux possible \u00e0 ces contraintes limitantes.<\/strong> Mais il faudra peut \u00eatre investir dans ton propre mat\u00e9riel (\u00e9lastique c&rsquo;est certain, et peut \u00eatre TRX \/ anneaux, poign\u00e9es push-up, poutre).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Si tu es un grimpeur s\u00e9dentaire, avec un d\u00e9ficit en qualit\u00e9s cardio-vasculaires (course, v\u00e9lo, natation), en gainage basique, en mobilit\u00e9, du poids en trop, il faudra au pr\u00e9alable te fa\u00e7onner un corps de sportif. Puis revenir me voir !<\/strong> Je ne suis pas coach fitness\/sant\u00e9.
