Cela se fait <strong>en collaboration avec votre kin\u00e9sith\u00e9rapeute, votre m\u00e9decin ou votre physio<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Concernant les blessures aux membres inf\u00e9rieurs, j&rsquo;organise votre <strong>reprise de l&rsquo;activit\u00e9, de l&rsquo;entra\u00eenement sp\u00e9cifique escalade, et la reconstruction de la confiance (une \u00e9tape cruciale)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Pour <strong>les blessures au tronc, rachis et membres sup\u00e9rieurs (dont les poulies), je prends \u00e9galement en charge la r\u00e9athl\u00e9tisation<\/strong>.<br \/>\nCela est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 selon des <strong>protocoles pr\u00e9cis de remise en charge<\/strong>. Je suis d&rsquo;ailleurs <strong>particuli\u00e8rement satisfait de celui que j&rsquo;utilise pour les blessures aux poulies (voir <a href=\"https:\/\/www.escalade.pro\/news\/entrainement-force-doigt-emil-abrahamsson\/\">cet article par exemple<\/a>).
