Maj ao\u00fbt 2023.<\/p>\n<h4><u>ETIREMENTS ET MOBILITE &#8211; haut du corps<\/u><\/h4>\n<p>Exemples d&rsquo;exercices pour \u00e9tirer les doigts, les avant-bras, les \u00e9paules, les avant-bras ainsi que les cervicales.<br \/>\n20&Prime; \u00e0 30&Prime; environ par \u00e9tirement, en douceur, en respirant lentement par le nez.
