Puis vient la technique (je parle des grimpeurs de 7 et 8).<br \/>\n<strong>La majorit\u00e9 des grimpeurs s\u2019entra\u00eenent encore principalement pour am\u00e9liorer leurs capacit\u00e9s physiques. Est-ce pertinent ?<\/strong> Si oui, que faut-il travailler physiquement en priorit\u00e9?<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/p15TmD_mUp8\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><strong>Nous sommes pass\u00e9s chez <a href=\"https:\/\/latticetraining.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lattice Training<\/a> <\/strong>en mai 2023. Je voulais subir, pardon voir comment leurs tests physiques sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9lastique \u00e9taient r\u00e9alis\u00e9s dans leurs locaux. <strong>Je m&rsquo;en suis en partie inspir\u00e9 pour \u00e9laborer mes propres tests mais en amenant plus de vari\u00e9t\u00e9 et de sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9. En particulier sur la ma\u00eetrise des pr\u00e9hensions.<\/strong> Mes tests sont couvrent ainsi un spectre plus large pour une approche moins \u00e9litiste et scientifique. Ils restent n\u00e9anmoins pr\u00e9cis et fiables.<br \/>\nOn parle de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.escalade.pro\/news\/presentation-workshops-qualites-physiques-escalade\/\">tests physiques \u00e9galement ici<\/a>.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h4><u>Objectifs et utilit\u00e9 des tests<\/u><\/h4>\n<p><strong>D\u00e9terminer vos points forts et vos points faibles<\/strong> dans vos aptitudes physiques.<br \/>\nCe qui permettra ensuite deux choses : <br \/>\n&#8211; Mettre en parall\u00e8le les r\u00e9sultats des tests avec vos performances et vos objectifs en escalade. <strong>Le physique est-il un facteur limitant dans votre grimpe ? Doit-il est travaill\u00e9 en priorit\u00e9, ou d\u2019autres pistes sont-elles \u00e0 privil\u00e9gier (mentales ou techniques)?<\/strong> Les tests ne mentent pas! Mais sont peu utiles si on ne les croisent pas avec d&rsquo;autres analyses de facteur de performance.<br \/>\n&#8211; <strong>Organiser intelligemment votre entrainement physique pour progresser en limitant le risque de blessures<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ces tests vous seront particuli\u00e8rement utiles si vous \u00eates bloqu\u00e9s sur un plateau dans votre progression.<\/strong> Vos aptitudes physiques sont-elles responsables? Si c&rsquo;est le cas, <strong>quelles aptitudes physiques sont \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer pour d\u00e9passer ce plateau?<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4><u> Contenu des tests : <\/u><\/h4>\n<p>Les qualit\u00e9s physiques suivantes sont \u00e9valu\u00e9es :<br \/>\n<strong>&#8211; Force (pr\u00e9hensions, bras) <\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>&#8211; Mobilit\u00e9 <\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>&#8211; Equilibre musculaire et posture <\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>&#8211; Gainage <\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>&#8211; Puissance (RFD, explosivit\u00e9) <\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>&#8211; Endurance et force critique.<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>L\u2019utilisation du <a href=\"https:\/\/tindeq.com\/?post_type=product\">Tindeq Progressor<\/a> permet une r\u00e9alisation optimale des tests de force, de RFD, d\u2019endurance et de force critique. <br \/>\n<strong>Selon que vous soyez un falaisiste, un pur bloqueur ou un grimpeur recherchant la polyvalence, les tests r\u00e9alis\u00e9s ne sont pas exactement les m\u00eames.<\/strong> <br \/>\nNous analyserons les r\u00e9sultats sur place en fin de session. Puis, je vous enverrai par email un bilan plus pr\u00e9cis et d\u00e9taill\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h4><u> Dur\u00e9e, dates et lieux : <\/u><\/h4>\n<p><strong>L\u2019ensemble des tests demandent une dur\u00e9e minimale de 2h pour \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9s. <\/strong>Il faut pour cela <strong>avoir acc\u00e8s \u00e0 une bonne zone d\u2019entrainement spacieuse, pas surpeupl\u00e9e (attention aux cr\u00e9neaux en soir\u00e9e en semaine&#8230;) et si possible isol\u00e9e de la zone de grimpe<\/strong>, avec des poutres et un pan Gullich bien agenc\u00e9.<br \/>\nPour cette raison, <strong>le meilleur endroit est chez moi, dans ma propre salle d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement priv\u00e9e : l&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.escalade.pro\/news\/salle-escalade-entrainement-magland\/\">Arqu\u00e9e Libre<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Anticipez pour que nous trouvions une date qui vous convient car mon planning est souvent assez dense.<\/p>\n<h4><u> Niveau demand\u00e9 : <\/u><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Aucun niveau minimum n\u2019est demand\u00e9. Toutefois, je ne pense pas que l\u2019ensemble des tests soient pertinents si votre niveau n\u2019est pas au minimum de 6c en bloc et 7a en voie.<\/strong><br \/>\nSi votre niveau est inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 ces cotations, une s\u00e9ance unique <a href=\"https:\/\/www.escalade.pro\/news\/coaching-escalade\/\">\u201cdiagnostique\u201d de coaching<\/a> sera plus adapt\u00e9e. Nous y \u00e9valuerons \u00e9galement vos comp\u00e9tences techniques, mentales et tactiques. J&rsquo;\u00e9valuerai vos qualit\u00e9s physiques par des tests moins nombreux, sans capteur de force (une poutre suffira).<\/p>\n<h4><u> Tarif : <\/u><\/h4>\n<p>140\u20ac euros, une seule personne possible par s\u00e9ance de tests.<br \/>\nEntr\u00e9e dans la salle non-comprise.<\/p>\n<h4><u> Mat\u00e9riel \u00e0 pr\u00e9voir : <\/u><\/h4>\n<p>Chaussons pour l\u2019\u00e9chauffement, magn\u00e9sie, eau, nourriture d\u2019effort sucr\u00e9e (biscuits, chocolat, fruits, \u2026).<\/p>\n<h4><u> Avertissements : <\/u><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Attendez-vous \u00e0 une s\u00e9ance qui sera difficile physiquement et moralement !
