The day after the purchase of the gift certificate, you will receive by mail the gift certificate to print. On this check will include a coupon code for single use. The consumer has a period of 7 days to return, at its expense, the products if it do not suit him. This period starts from the date of delivery to the consumer's order. All returns must be reported in advance by email or telephone to the company Grimpisme.
Only new items and in their original packaging will be included (this is particularly true for items such as rope, carabiner, harness, ...).
The gift vouchers are not refundable.
The shipping cost of returning the order will be refunded if an error attributable to Grimpisme (and not the manufacturer) are detected.
The value of the purchase (excluding shipping) will be refunded by us within 30 days if the customer does not want an exchange. Reimbursement may take the form of having, check, exchange of product or gift, depending on customer choice.
In case of exchange for personal section agreed by the two parties, the shipping of products to the customer will be charged.
