The prices displayed on the website are prices in euros, are valid for items available and does not include postage. VTA will be included if your billing adress is on french territory
Rates may be changed at any time but the price charged will be displayed at the time of ordering.

You can access the status of your order and download your invoice from the "Order History" from the "My Account " on our site.

Storage

All items displayed on our site are actually in stock, except those whose delivery is more than 48 hours (not days). This includes holds, finger boards and coils of rope.

Way of payment

You can pay with our servive of online payment with your credit card (see secured payment), using Paypal or with bank transfer (contact us about IBAN code).

Shipping cost

Upon order confirmation, shipping costs will be displayed depending on the mode of delivery chosen by the customer.

Vouchers and coupons

Valid for one year after the purchase date on all the equipment mountain climbing and presented non-refundable.
The day after the purchase of the gift certificate, you will receive by mail the gift certificate to print. On this check will include a coupon code for single use. This code will be captured on the "cart" at the beginning of the ordering process. It will therefore reduce the value of the gift certificate.

Article exchange and refusal

The consumer has a period of 7 days to return, at its expense, the products if it do not suit him. This period starts from the date of delivery to the consumer's order. All returns must be reported in advance by email or telephone to the company Grimpisme.
Only new items and in their original packaging will be included (this is particularly true for items such as rope, carabiner, harness, ...).

The gift vouchers are not refundable.

The shipping cost of returning the order will be refunded if an error attributable to Grimpisme (and not the manufacturer) are detected.

The value of the purchase (excluding shipping) will be refunded by us within 30 days if the customer does not want an exchange. Reimbursement may take the form of having, check, exchange of product or gift, depending on customer choice.
In case of exchange for personal section agreed by the two parties, the shipping of products to the customer will be charged.
