DELIVERY CONDITIONS

 

Unless stated otherwise on the descripition product, we ship orders the same day if it is ordered before 11am Monday to Friday. Failure to observe this period of transmission, and a delay on the part of the carrier will not be entitled to any compensation.

The value of shipping is clearly indicated in the cart of the customer before beginning the settlement process.

We use the services of french La Poste for the transportation and delivery of our packages, with delivery against signature of the recipient, within 4 to 8 days.
In case of absence, it will be shown a second time and then available at the post office (a good will inform you in your box).
Possibility of additional insurance, please contact us.
A non-compliance with delivery by the Post Office will not engage the responsibility of Grimpisme.

Customs fees and taxes may be applied if the country is outside the European Union, as we don't apply VAT. The client is invited to learn from servives customs of his country.
We are committed to complete and submit the necessary documents for customs formalities, French or foreign, by complying with regulations.

Shipping charges include packaging, handling and postage. We advise you to group your items in one order. We can not group two distinct orders and you will pay postage for each of them.
Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile parcels. Packages are oversized and protected.
